作者简介 Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is the Vice Chairman of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC),and China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC),Beijing.
As an arbitrator,Dr.Wang Sheng Chang has handled more than 200international arbitration cases of CIETAC.He if also an experienced arbitrator in ICC arbitration,SCC arbitration,HKIAC arbitration and an hoc arbitration.
Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences.
His key works include:Internatinal Arbitration in the People's Republic of China(Butterworths,Singapore 1995 and 2000,co-author),Resolving Disputes in thePRC(FT.Hong Kong,1996)and Theory and Practice of Combining Arbitration with Conciliation(Law Press,China,2001).
