　　作者简介：Tim Murphey，currently at DokkyO University,Japan．iS the editor of Portforio-Based Teacher Development and Appraisal，the fourth volume in this series．He wrote the opening Xiao Hua narratives for each of the four volumes as wel J as a unit the primary．IeveI volume．He taught international groups of children and adults in Switzerland fOr 1 5 years and has spent the past 12 years in Asia．His PhD iS on the use of music and song in language learning and has published books with Peter Lang，Longman，Oxford University Press，Macmillan LanguageHOuse，Cambridge University Press，and iS the series editor for TESOL's Professional Development in Language Education series．He gives frequent workshops and conference presentations．His most recent book iS Group Dynamics in the Language Classroom，coauthored with Zoltan Dornvei．
